Achievement vs. Success

Good advice for anyone, particularly brand managers. If you can take your own personal drive and ambition and translate it entirely into drive and ambition for the brand entrusted to you, you don’t have to worry about your own success. Make your brand achieve. Your rewards will come.

I completely agree. Focusing upon the achievement for the brand entrusted to you will bring you your own personal success.
However, it does not work both ways.
Focus upon your own personal success instead and you may act to jeopardize or damage your brand. In turn, you may not achieve that personal success you seek.
