I saw a diagram the other day that showed that RESULTS exist in the space between what you DEMAND and what you TOLERATE.  I think that there is some truth in this statement, but it is in conflict with our definition of leadership.

We believe that a LEADER is someone whom others CHOOSE to FOLLOW.  So the question is do leaders DEMAND or do leaders create results in some other fashion?  I am very interested in your ideas in this area.

One Response to “Results”

  1. Wendy says:

I believe that a TRUE leader does not have to demand. A TRUE leader inspires action in his followers. Through this he has people who have, not only CHOSEN to follow him in the first place, but people who continually make the choice to follow because the leader inspires them to do so.
