New research just released shows that people put more credence in what they hear from others than what they observe themselves. If you really think about this, it’s a stunning revelation. Our own opinions are less credible to us than what we hear from others. No wonder this blog is so popular. LOL
But seriously, what does this say about the power of “word of mouth?” What does this say about the power of the Internet? Definitely a mindset to ponder for marketers.
